Going beyond the enrollment form

When DUPIXENT MyWay needed to roll out new enrollment forms, there was an opportunity to look beyond the form to a bigger branded touchpoint.

The Situation

Unlocking the door to Patient Support

Enrollment forms are a known entity within the world of patient services programs, and they’re way more than just a form. Enrollment forms unlock valuable services from a patient support program, such as financial access, nursing support, and other resources and services. And, they are often a connective thread between a Patient Support Program, the prescriber’s office, and specialty pharmacy. In other words, they are critically important to get it right, right from the start.

So when DUPIXENT MyWay was updating their enrollment forms across multiple indications, they wanted to not only make the enrollment experience easier – they wanted to provide a connective campaign that would elevate the brand experience.

The Strategy

A branded campaign

Cramer Health updated the DUPIXENT MyWay enrollment forms across indication by:

  • Reducing visual noise, creating more white space, enhancing overall readability and signaling key fields that sometimes got overlooked.
  • Creating a more logical flow with better grouping of related fields.
  • Reducing the form through back-end processes used to collect certain data; and reducing jargon for better comprehension.

To launch the new forms and associated assets, Cramer Health created a wrap-around campaign with a simple rallying cry: “Fill It, Sign It, Check It, Send It.”

The campaign included enrollment form rollout with a series of training tools and education to support form adoption and completion with HCP offices across the country.

The Result

A successful global rollout

Feedback from both field reps and their HCP offices praised the clarity and usefulness of the campaign – and associated forms. The campaign helped to elevate the DUPIXENT MyWay brand, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, and most importantly, reduced delays in getting patients started on DUPIXENT.
